I do not like taking my car to quick lube at entrance. Seems the necessary service items are neglected—transmission fluid checks, filters, etc. I had to remind the quick lube guys to rotate my tires (past due). It is not possible to do an 80,000 mile service with just an oil change and tire rotation. What happened to the way service was done in the past?

From the time I left my vehicle for service to the time I picked up the vehicle, Joey kept me in the loop. The bill came in significantly under what I expected. I miss my favorite service rep - Mackey Calen - but really think Joey did a heckuva job.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Love Chevrolet. We are an active duty family that lives in Florida currently. I reached out to a few local Chevrolet dealers in my area, all of which were adding non-sense fees and extra crap to the trucks, some of which were $8k in additional fees! I reach out to Jeremy on Wednesday letting him know I was looking for a new HD truck with certain features, he messaged me back letting me know they have a truck that met all my needs and then some. The pricing was straight forward, no gimmicks, no xx add ons. I put down a deposit and flew from Florida to South Carolina on Saturday morning. Jeremy even personally picked me up at the airport. Once at Love Chevy Dealership, Jeremy introduced me to David. David had the truck sitting ready to go. We did a quick test drive and headed back to the office. Paperwork took no more than 30 mins and I was on my way. Top to bottom, Jeremy and David were fantastic. I?ve bought many cars over the years and always DREAD sitting in the dealership. That was not the case at Love Chevrolet. We will certainly purchase from Love Chevrolet in the future.

When I first purchased my car, I found it online and applied for it online. My salesman Roger called me back immediately and told me I qualified for it. I got off from work, and went to the dealership and completed the sale in less than an hour and a half, and drove away with a clean, certified used car, with a full tank of gas.

I had my ac repaired. It was done on a couple hours.

Billy was looking for a red Equinox for me, and he found it. Love my new Radiant Red Equinox! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. A nice experience.
