Just wanted a simple oil change
Had a 1130a appointment to get and oil change on my 2014 Corvette. I showed up at 1110a and they took my car inso I thought great this shouldnt take long.. Well after almost 2 hours later they still had not changed the oil or even touched my car.. I will find another local dealer to service my car. I left because no one could tell me how much longer it would be..

Love Chevy oil service
Filters were not readily available for my vehicle and I was not told anything about it at all. I just sat there and waited for about 2 hours for someone to bring the filters from another place or wherever they got them from. Very disappointed.
