BEST CAR I'VE EVER OWNED

The safety features are amazing. I was in a bad accident in the same model and I believe it saved my life. My new car was totaled but I walked away with a fractured hand. There is a lot of room, very comfortable to drive. The adaptive cruise control is awesome. I bought a second Ascent because I love it so much.

Fully loaded and ready for speed.

Every safety feature out there plus that boxer engine with turbo is a beast . xxxx Subaru just impresses me how much you get for what you pay. Just test drive it give them a chance.

Unbelievably roadworthy in the toughest condition!

Great color, great performance. Great power. My Outback taught me to appreciate Subaru engineering. Service team served well as needed. No problems except I like 60k tires. The Assent promises even more!

Family loves it, safe and reliable to transport family. Oregon has challenging weather during the fall and winter this is the perfect car for those types of weather conditions..

My first Subaru and I couldn't be happier

I love the ride very smooth and everything feels solid. It seems Subaru thought about everything the consumer needs and wants for a family SUV or in my case newly retired. My wife and I plan to travel and pull an RV camper trailer. This vehicle can handle up to 5000 lbs. and it has all the bells and whistles. I researched and test drove the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. I thought I would buy a 2018 Highlander but then I test drove the Subaru Ascent. I couldn't believe the difference in the ride. It's almost as if the Subaru car makers studied the Pilot and Highlander and took some of the best features from each, made some better and added features they new would make for an even better SUV. I have the Touring model and it's loaded: Car Play, Harmon Kardon 14 speaker sound system, heated and cooled front seats, heated steering wheel, very well lite instrument panel for night driving, high quality finish for dash and seats and more. Test drive a Subaru Ascent today, you will be amazed in what you see and feel.

most irritating vehicle I?ve ever driven

The Eyesight technology on this vehicle is horrible. Constantly beeping, flashing, dinging, slamming on brakes, and forcing you back into unsafe lanes of traffic. The buttons used to supposedly turn off these features do not actually turn off the features. Seriously considering returning this brand new vehicle.

Most comfortable midsize SUV I've owned!

The touring model has wonderful features!! It's my first Subaru after driving many Honda Pilots for the last 15 years and I love the features!! The interior is very comfortable and feels like I'm driving a much smaller vehicle. I LOVE IT!!!

Fun safe mom car! So glad I didn't get a mini van!

Love my new car! I am a mom of 3 and thought a minivan was going to be my best option. Then I saw the Asent was going to be released soon and me and my husband decided to go with Subarus Suv. I love that rough roads, icy roads, or off roading scare us away from taking our family on an adventure. We all fit comfortably and feel safe. Just over a month after buying my new car we where hit in a four car accedent in which we where the only car that drove away. My son was in the back seat closest to the impact and wasn't effected by the impact. I feel that if we where in any other car the results could have been different. There was also very little damage. The other three cars involved left on tow trucks.

Subaru still being stingy with passenger comfort

I test drove this Ascent but not interested. After all these years, Subaru STILL refuses to include FULL adjustments for the passenger seat on any of their cars. That means after spending more than $40,000 on a loaded Touring trim, you still only get a 4-way power passenger seat that will NOT raise or tilt the bottom cushion. I have checked out many other vehicles more affordable than this car that have 8-way power passenger seats available. The drive itself was fine, but I have read some owner complaints online about electronic glitches already, so I would hold off on this one for at least a year.
