I keep having problems with engine running hot!

I keep having problems with engine running hot! I bought it new I keep the oil changed regularly The car only has 86,000 miles on it..please see if you can help.

I have replaced the termostate twice, alternator once,

I have replaced the termostate twice, alternator once, motor mounts all under 60,000 miles. Radio has dead draw not fixed yet. 14 month after replacing motor mounts they need to be replaced again along with the tranny mounts. Pure junk!!!
