Quick response to my request to return to me a deposit that was overlooked during my delivery of the car.

Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable, accurate as far as costs and time frame for completion. And he notified us of three free recall repairs we were entitled to.

Trent Beatty who is the manager over the service department is the best! I had a dead battery in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased new from Larry Miller Jeep. I arrived without an appointment and Trent was able fit me in and so I could get a new battery installed. Trent was my service advisor before he got promoted to manager. It’s people like Trent that keeps me going back for service on my car!

Everyone is always nice and courteous and old school customer service. And the service is well priced.
