Service was great from start to finish. Everyone was kind and professional. And my time in the dealership was less because my sales rep Alex had most of the paperwork done before I got there which was great! My experience was amazing..

I was dreading buying a car because the previous

I was dreading buying a car because the previous experiences - long, overdrawn negotiations. But Ian made it very easy and delightful - he found the car with exact specs I wanted, negotiated it from another dealer, brought it to the dealership, and paperwork was ready when I went to pick up the car. This has been the best car buying experience. Will definitely come back for my next car.
