5 Stars – Exceptional Experience at Princeton Mercedes & Best of the Best Ian(Salesman)! I recently purchased my new Mercedes-Benz from Princeton Mercedes, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I talked with Ian over the phone to walked in dealership, the atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and pressure-free. I want to give a special shoutout to Ian, my salesman, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping and made sure I felt confident and comfortable at each step. He kept me updated regularly, was transparent about timelines and pricing, no pressure or forcing at all,That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Thanks Ian. I would say other surrounding MB dealers should learn from them how to treat customers.

My service appointment with Nick Aberin on Wednesday, April 16th was excellent. I needed to be squeezed in at the last minute because the brakes on my car felt tight while driving. Nick was able to accommodate my service request and I had my vehicle by the end of the day.

We had an excellent experience with both Arno and John.

We had an excellent experience with both Arno and John. Everything went smoothly. John was very thorough explaining the car, and Arno ordered the car the way I wanted, gave me the timeline, was organized and had all paperwork in order, also having us contact the insurance company in advance. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Compared to experience at other dealers, it was worth the trip to Princeton.

We are repeat clients of Mercedes Benz of Princeton. And Vasil is our sales rep both times. April 2025 and 8/2021 ( at the height of Covid pandemic) . Entering Mercedes Benz dealership for the first time back then was a little intimidating but we felt at ease quickly !!! Both transactions were stress free, straightforward and quick. I like/ prefer the idea that the sales rep(Vasil in our case)completes the transaction without having to see a separate individual for the finance part!!! Thank you Vasil We were happy with our GLB 2021 and looking forward to an enjoyable 39 mos ride with our GLA
