Robt in cust svc, puneet in sales, Brian and nick in service. And the entire back office support team. All rock stars. Hard to find another team that tries harder to please the customer. If you’re shopping for a MB, you have to stop at Princeton.

As always Linda Tague and her service department were

As always Linda Tague and her service department were professional and courteous We’ve worked with Linda for over 10 years and she has been terrific. If there is a broken part she explains in significant detail what it is and how it works and how much it is going to cost. We love that we have a relationship with one person in the service department - Not a different person every time. She knows the car’s history by memory and ours as well. So we will keep going back to the Princeton Mercedes Benz dealership and to Linda.

Ian Fyffe made this new car purchase with trade so easy. He was fair in the negotiation and very knowledgeable about the cars. The purchase was seamless. Richard, the concierge explained all the features in the car and spent as much time with me as needed
