Vasil was ready with all paperwork as promised and we completed it quickly because of his organized/friendly efficient manner. I was introduced to Oleksandre the Concierge to walk through the car’s features. He was friendly knowledgeable, patient and easy to deal with. Robert Lisi was my GLC300 set-up representative. He was friendly, knowledgable and did not rush through the process of setting up the features in my new vehicle. After having my vehicle for a week, I still had questions and returned to the dealership and requested to speak with Robert. His knowledge of the vehicle was, again, impressive as he knew the answer without hesitation.
