Sold Lemon, would not stand behind
Purchased used vehicle, 9 days later the transmission went out. They refuse to pay for repairs and offered me half of what I paid as trade-in. Unethical and untrustworthy. I would never recommend anyone doing business there.

They took Exceptional Care of my Parents!!
I referred my parents to Amanda and her team as soon as I heard they were looking to trade in their truck. I didn't like some of the things the dealership they had spoken to prior told them and wanted to make sure they were not being taken advantage of and were getting the best deal they could. Amanda evaluated everything and made sure she knew everything my parents were looking for to meet their needs. Amanda, Justin and Mason took exceptional care of them. They were amazing, answered all questions and made sure my parents were comfortable with everything and were getting everything they wanted. They were upfront about everything and made sure they found all possible rebates and promotions. We had great conversations with Amanda, Justin and Mason and good laughs too. My parents live almost 3 hours away but it was well worth the drive to work with them. Cable - Dahmer is a family oriented organization and they care about their customers before the $. They do not hassle you and will always do the right thing. They are extremely friendly and have a servant heart - they are always happy to help, even if just giving advice, want what is best for their customers before themselves and are extremely genuine and caring. I highly recommend working with them!!

Neglected to do the work
Brought high school son’s truck in for service and inspection. Dealer recommended full fluid through truck. Agreed to pay for work and asked for tire rotation as well as brake inspection. In less the 1,000 miles rear brake pads had to be replaced as well as rotors. Parking brake shoes are worn out as well. Lug nuts were over tightened.

Excellent customer service!
Great experience with my new Equinox purchase. It was my first time at this dealership. Justin Rose, my salesperson was great! He took the time to work with me to get me in the right vehicle and gave me a super good deal. It took me a few days to decide on the vehicle, but not once did I feel rushed or pressured in any way.

False advertising
Misleading prices. I called because I was suspicious of the pricing and was told I qualified for all the rebates. Took 3 days to get to the truth. Actual price was 8k higher than advertised.

lying, 0 service knowledge
The employee I worked with had no clue what they were talking about. The dealership is $700 over what everyone else has priced even after I shared a GM quote to them. I was told that if i got my work completed through cable dahmer that they would take off the $120 inspection fee. They service professional did not do that at all. They first told me they were covering something under power train so i told them to start it. I called back asking why they wanted to charge me $120 if I was getting the work done through them. The service professional then informed me that they would not be covering my issues under power train. When i picked up my vehicle I asked them to get me a print off of the error codes and the pressure from my high pressure fuel pump. They said that's not possible. I asked to have them call me back with the numbers from the tech the next morning. Once again they failed to address this and never called. This is a place has lost my business forever. Out to screw a client and not follow up when they say they will. Just collecting a check and not caring about the client.
