Great Customer Service!

Everyone was so friendly and great. Nick my salesperson really helped me find the best vehicle for our family! We looked at several dealerships for new pr used vehicle and I could not beat the options I was given from Transwest Buick. I will definitely look at them first the next time I am in the market for another vehicle again!

No pressure dealer

Steve Rodriguez was kind and quite with a zero pressure attitude. The finance guy was informative and very helpful. I hate buying cars at dealers but this experience was excellent. Not once did I feel like I wasn’t in control, nobody tried to upsell anything. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Five Star Service!

I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs

Fantastic Car buying Experience!!!

We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.
