Excellent Service
Just purchased a new Buick Envision after a lifetime of Honda. Gabe Molina was excellent to work with. After the paperwork was signed he made sure I knew how the buttons worked and has answered every question since the sale. Hope not to buy a car anytime soon but will definitely return.

Purchase 3/23/19
Awesome experience. After looking at a different dealership and being disappointed, I called ahead about a vehicle inquire and Gabe was very helpful. When we arrived, he had the vehicle all ready fo us to test drive. Got me financed and I drove home with the vehicle I wanted. Friendly people and atmosphere even with my 7 month old grandson wanting to run around, they were very patient. Would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

Unusually wonderful experience at a dealership
Steve, our salesman was amazing. We stopped by basically window shopping and he was very patient answering all of our questions without once trying up up sell us beyond our budget for a GMC Terrain like the other places we visited had. There was a beautiful new Buick Envision with every option known to man however, sitting right next to us in the showroom with 72 Months, 0% interest. The no interest for 6 years actually put that car in our price range and Steve was more than willing to oblige us. Great dealership, and great salesman to work with. it wasn’t a crowded circus like the other places we had been. No pressure, just answers to all of our questions. Just the way I like it.

We are not pleased with the sales attention to detail.
The sales departments attention to detail is very poor. The vehicle was dirty, tint/clear bra was installed poorly. Multiple scratches on vehicle and wheels. After asking multiple times to take there time and do it right they kept rushing the vehicle. We had to take the truck to another shop to get the tint/clear bra on properly and Brett the manager pushed us off on getting the scratches in the paint addressed.

Got us our perfect vehicle
I found the vehicle I wanted at Transwest through the carguru website. Having been in touch with 2 dealerships that same day, and those vehicles selling while I was on the phone, I was worried about losing another one. We live 100+ miles from Transwest, but I was able to chat with Kyle by computer, then text at 9 pm Friday night. He sent pictures of the car, the carfax and answered as many questions as we had. He and his manager gave us until 11 am to come see the vehicle, they held on to it since we are so far away. The next morning we were at the lot before he'd gotten the car pulled up front for us when they opened. We had a loan approval from our Credit Union, they offered to find us a better rate, which they did. We drove away that afternoon with the car we'd been searching for, a warranty and a great experience. Our family will recommend Transwest to everyone. It was so worth the extra miles we drove.

Great Customer Service
Buying a car is not always a fun task, and Transwest Buick makes it an easy process and you don't feel like to you have to give away your first born!! LOL!!! We will continue our business with them as long as we live in Colorado!
