The easiest car purchase I ever made! Kyle Berry their internet sales guy was on it! He answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and communicated with me by text and email which is the way I prefer to handle these kind of transactions. . I also needed some repair work done and their used car manager was very helpful in getting me back on the road again.. I will most definitely will shop there again and will recommend them to my friends and family Thanks Terry D..

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I purchased a used vehicle from Transwest Buick. I spoke with Roy and he went out of his way to answer my questions. I told him I couldn't leave Colorado Springs until 5 o'clock and he said he would wait for me. I didn't arrive until 7 PM but it didn't seem to be a problem at all. After doing all the paperwork was was after 8 PM when I left but everything was done quickly and efficiently and I was not made to feel I put anyone out by the late hour. I realized after a week or so that I misplaced my paperwork and again, no problem and I had it within the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and especially Roy Leinweber.

Believe it or not, sometimes the car buying process can be painful. Thanks to Transwest and specifically Roy for changing that pattern this time around for my family. There was never any pressure and I wasn't hounded the minute I stepped on the lot. I appreciated the straight forward answers and the work they did to get me into a price I was comfortable with and the car we wanted. The family loves the Acadia and we will definitely be back to Transwest for future car needs and to buy new cars from Roy in the future!

Roy was the best. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took all the time I needed to learn the vehicle and how it worked and he was extremely patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff in financing made it a breeze and were extremely accommodating. They are also dog friendly and my 3 Aussy Shepards were welcome inside the showroom the whole time there. THE BEST experience buying a vehicle that I have ever experienced. Dragos, (our new Sierra 1 ton's name) is the 32nd vehicle I have purchased from a dealership. Transwest is above all, THE BEST! And ROY!!!!!!!! what more can I say! Incredible!!!!!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Transwest Buick GMC. We will continue to come back. Roy Leinweber is Awesome. He is so friendly and helpful. No your typical pushy salesman. The finance department was also great. Gabe Medina was fast and efficient. Had us out and in our new vehicle in record time. He also got us a lower interest that we expected. I would recommend Transwest to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I was concerned by assume of the previous reviews but they quickly squashed those concerns with their great customer service and service to the vehicle. They allowed us to see it before it was ready to sell and meet the technician working on the vehicle. They were very flexible. Roy is a great salesman, genuine! Matt is a great manager, and a good sport. Our finance guy was so friendly and helpful we almost invited him to dinner!

I purchased a used 2015 Sierra 2500HD denali from Tranwest and it was a huge purchase for me but Roy Leinweber made the whole experience very positive and stress free. I never felt any pressure to do anything, Roy was extremely friendly and helpful when looking at the trucks and even let me take it home for the night before buying. When I traded in my car, there was some back and forth but in the end they came my way and I feel like I got fair market value. When I went in to the finance department to sign the paperwork, the finance person was extremely friendly and even though they did the usual offering of the extended warranty, there again was no pressure and he took my polite "no" with no extra pressure or salesmanship. I would highly recommend this place to new buyers.

Everything was quick, easy, all questions answered. I was offered a ride back to work with their courtesy shuttle, and they even washed my car!
