TRUST ME SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE

Caution!!! Do not use this dealership. My experience went from great to horrible very fast. During the process of buying the car Bez, Dan and Jeff were really great and worked hard to get my deal done. However after I purchased my $80,000 truck everything changed. In the first week my check engine light came on and I took it to the service department there where I received horrible service (Attitudes and horrible communication). The truck has been in the service department more then it has been at my house. Only to eventually be told literally "Sorry there is nothing that we can do, there is no fix, you'll just have to deal with it" The sales dept refuses to offer any options for relief and to top it off they low balled me when I asked to sell it back to them. TRUST ME SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They talk a good game saying they are a family run business and treat their customers like family. I hope to God they don't treat their family the way I have been treated by this dealership. Now I have to spend even more money on legal fees trying to get out from underneath this horrible deal they refuse to help me out with. I must say despite my horrible experience Bez, my salesman, has been amazing. He is a great salesman and its unfortunate he is associated with a company like this.

Caution!

Twice bitten, twice as shy

Had my car in for its first oil change and it took 3 hours. They ordered parts (supposedly) for warranty work, then told me they were in. Well, they weren’t. One was ordered wrong and the other they had to go pick up after telling me it was here when I made my appointment. Another 3 hour waste of time later, I’ll have to come back again, this will be the last one.

Had an appointment with Kyle. Came in a day early - Kyle...

Had an appointment with Kyle. Came in a day early - Kyle was off. Talked with Bryen who obtained my preapproval and then final approval for financing. Returned the next day, met with Kyle, everything was ready, papers signed and out the door in an hour. Extremely satisfied with the purchase. The only reason I marked down on price satisfaction is I had done a national research and found a few elsewhere (nationally) for less. This is my third purchase from Transwest and I know the detail and quality of prep done on the used vehicles was worth more than saving a few dollars elsewhere.

Kyle Berry was an amazing sales person. He handled every...

Kyle Berry was an amazing sales person. He handled every detail of my purchase and he went above and beyond to help me. Kyle helped me every step of the way and he even handled my ex who had to sign documentation. Kyle continued to help me with an issue caused by me after my purchase. We continue to stay in touch. Kyle is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I will only purchase vehicles from him going forward. He had attention to detail and made me feel like I was his only customer and I know I definitely was not. Kyle answered every text I sent him even on his days off. Kyle is an amazing person and a wonderful sales person to deal with. He made me feel like I was his friend, not just a customer. I have bought a lot of vehicles and Kyle is the only sales person that I sent a thank you card to as I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his help, kindness and understanding.
