It should not take 1 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change.

It should not take 1 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change. My time is too valuable to be sitting at the dealership for that long.

Simple procedure went wrong

I had a scheduled oil change tire rotation, left with a broken stud on my 35” tires, they didn’t top of air pressure and failed to reset oil life light…real simple stuff, I won’t be returning after the service director, only offered 1/2 off labor for they’re mistake…
