I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+

I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, and they really don't try to sell extra services e.g. "your transmissioun lines are leaking" (which is both untrue and unneded). Never once has the Service Dept. at Transwest/Henderson attempted to jerk my chain. This is appreciated. It is a real tribute to Transwest that they don't play these games. Good service, Honest Service, and Timely Service. This is the way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Transwest/Henderson Service.
