Rafael and Kyle were wonderful to work with.
Rafael and Kyle were wonderful to work with. I live 4 hours from the dealership and flew into DIA to make the purchase. Rafael picked me up and the airport and drove me back to the dealership. The vehicle has a scratch on it when i arrived. Rafael immediately went the team and had the scratch buffed out and looking amazing by the time I finished the paperwork. The whole process was quick and efficient couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

Very friendly and professional staff. Bought a new truck from Michelle, both my wife and I enjoyed working with her. She took plenty of time to explain the purchase thoroughly and then spent another 45 minutes going through all of the features on the truck. It was a great experience.

The Transwest service department has been very difficult
The Transwest service department has been very difficult to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a huge effort to get the part that was needed to get my truck back on the road. He was able to locate a part that was not going to be available until Sept 26 at a dealership in Nebraska. I was very appreciative of his effort.
