Our company has done business for over 25 yrs.

Our company has done business for over 25 yrs. with Transwest. Purchased 4 box trucks. Johnny has always taken care of any service issue, in quick timing. Service department very helpful. Ben was very helpful in the purchase of these trucks. Purchased a box truck 1/6/2023. Purchased a small truck 1/19/24. Keep Up The Great Service ( hard to fine these days )

Steve and Justin, well the whole service department for

Steve and Justin, well the whole service department for that matter have been awesome. My truck has been a thorn in their side basically since I brought it with numerous communication codes. So far the root cause has been extremely elusive but I gotta give these guys a A+ for effort. Love the truck but honestly this manufacturer’s defect has been a real pain in the xxx. But once again they are taking another shot at finding the needle in the haystack. Thanks guys! Hat’s off and I appreciate you!

I had arrived early and was greeted by Steve Endress who

I had arrived early and was greeted by Steve Endress who was very jovial that early in the morning. We traded a few quips and had a good laugh, he politely let me know I was early and pointed me to the fresh coffee while I waited in the lobby. My appointment time was promptly kept for my first oil change and tire rotation. It was done in thirty minutes. Check out was easy as a young lady came to the lobby I did not get her name, I signed for the truck and she handed me the keys. During my wait I approached one of the parts customer service personnel and ask if a they had the new dashboard cover for this model yet. He spent some time researching it for me and eventually let me know it has not come out yet. Thanks for great service Mike Jones
