Great Service

Fast and friendly service. I was expecting it to take longer but I was very pleased that it took no longer than an hour.

fast service

Quickly out of there. The sitting room need to replenish there coffee, water, cups and condiments. That part was unacceptable

Great Service

The service department got me in and out quickly, personnel were courteous and professional. In addition to an oil change, they rotated my tires which exceeded my expectations.

Great service, Al the stuff were nice and helpful

When I came ,the first person who helped me was Mr Becker,He was very kind , and professional, in spite that I came with a bad attitude, because I bought my car only 2 weeks ago , and I never expected having an issue, so soon. So , He was very patient, He found solutions to my problems. And I left the Nissan Dealership with a smile. Thank-you very much

Very helpful employees

The service writer, Ralph Lusk, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with me and I never felt like he was pushing me to do anything I didn't want. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Additionally, all the other employees that I interacted with were just as friendly and helpful. And this was a "recall fix" for a 2007 Titan. I felt like I was treated the same as if I bought a brand new vehicle in for service.
