Great service, I went in with a fair offer, dealer

Great service, I went in with a fair offer, dealer accepted after a little back and forth but overall experience was great. Definitely worth driving in from Palos Verdes, Ca, my local dealer were a bunch of xxxxxxxx, so I definitely saw a huge difference with a reputable company and team. They even washed & filled up my gas tank without me even asking, most dealers try and sneak that by you. Even after the purchase sales team helped me out with all the new features prior to leaving. 5 stars. Note: Galpin team I better get my floor Mat’s in the mail or review will change:-) Thanks Real and Victor!

Helped me get into the truck I wanted, were pretty

Helped me get into the truck I wanted, were pretty professional for most of the deal but I forgot to get my personal keys back from the sales guy Real(were attached to my car keys from trade in) so I had to drive back down the next day for them. We had agreed on a rough time to meet and once there he wasn’t in the office and non responsive to me or any of his coworkers trying to get a hold of him. Wasn’t until a sales manager called him that he told them where my keys were, only to find out they misplaced half of my keys. I had missing keys and keychains! I was told that’s all they had and there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional for them to lose my keys. All in all at least the deal wasn’t a headache but I never thought I’d get my keys lost.

As a Family we have been using Galpin Ford for almost 10

As a Family we have been using Galpin Ford for almost 10 years. Specially working with Aaron Diyarsa on the used department. Aaron is always a big help, has the best customer service and knows how to find the best car to meet the customers needs. I always send friends and Family to Galpin Ford and Aaron so they can have the best experience when searching for a car.

Since buying my last two cars I wouldn’t go anywhere

Since buying my last two cars I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s by far the best. Adrian has helped me with both my purchases along with my family’s cars as well. He’s honest and given me exactly what I look for both times.
