DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP. Very dishonest sales agents Ken. I jumped through hoops the last few days to try and give Ford the opportunity to sell me a vehicle. I explained to them over the phone that I had a car I needed to trade in and there was a certain value that needed to be agreed upon for that vehicle. I gave the Sales agent Ken all the information over the phone indicating what needed to be done to make this transaction possible. Only I get down to the dealership to find out they never had any intention of giving me the correct price on my trade in car or working with me on the price at all. All they wanted me to do was promise they would work with me on the deal, thinking once they got me down there I would not be able to leave. Well they were wrong. I walked out of there with my head held high knowing I made the right decision. Its one thing if Ken was not going to give me the price point I needed for my vehicle I was turning in. But to waste a persons time and make promises just to get them into the dealership to just turn them away is a sleazy sales move. They ask why car sales men have a bad reputation this is clearly an example of why that is. I advise all people to move on from Galpin Ford and move on from Ford in general. Do yourself a favor, look into a different car vendor.

The best Sales Rep I’ve dealt with at a car dealership! Réal was very responsive and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. He agreed to deliver the vehicle to me for no charge if the purchase went through, and when he realized it was a 6 hour trip each direction, his response was, “well I’m still gonna come because I said I would and I’m a man of my word.” He delivered my vehicle with his wife at 9:30pm after working all morning.
