Very Friendly Staff

After a terrible experience at Galpin Honda we went to Galpin Ford and Lacy Linebarger was my salesman he was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new car.

Great dealership and friendly staff!

Galpin Ford was having a weekend sale with lots of people looking at cars. We were greeted very quickly by Curtis Cressall who was very helpful in helping us choose the perfect car for our needs. The entire staff was great from the sales manager to the finance department. Great experience all around.

Got the deal I was looking for !!

I was looking for a 2014 Ford Escape SE 4WD with tow package , got some good quotes locally but "my" vehicle was not in their inventory ; did some on-line searching and found Galpin Ford had 4 of the 4WD with tow package . We drove up from Carlsbad and did a test drive , I got the deal I was looking for with no issues (haggling or tension) and felt very "taken care of" by the staff (very professional) ; our salesmen Mr. Fernando Tostado "went to bat" for us and was very knowledgable about the vehicle features & acessories. Overall the best car (suv) buying experience we have ever had !!

Great experience!

Great car-buying experience. Found a Fusion Hybrid and although it wasn't the trim that I was looking for the deal that I got and the customer service provided more than made up for it! I'd definitely shop there again (though maybe not on one of the busiest car-buying weekends of the year).

WOW! I was very suprised , they really took care of me!!!

I was looking for a very sepecific 2014 FORD ESCAPE SE / 4WD with tow package, I did get some good quotes from San Diego County Ford Dealers ; but the did not have "my" vehicle in their inventory. I searched on-line and found GALPIN FORD in North Hills whom had multiple 4WD's with tow package in their inventory , set up a TEST Drive and drove up from Carlsbad ; everything went very smooth from there no haggling or tension I got the deal I was looking for !! Most importantly I felt as if everyone was working for my business!

Great Experience at Galpin Ford

Our salesman, Eulices Sierra went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Very helpful and personable. He very patiently helped me to look and test drive cars in over 100 degree heat.

Five out of Five stars for Galpin Ford!

I have to sincerely and humbly thank Jason Moss and Galpin Ford. Sure, what Jason did for me was great. He was able to put me into a car that I thought was completely out of my league, but I ended up paying exactly what I wanted to pay with the monthly payment I wanted and put me in a car I never dreamed would be in my garage. More than that, it?s what he didn?t do that made the difference. He didn?t harass, he didn?t push, he didn?t pull in the pressure guns to make a deal, he didn?t call me every day asking me where I was at with my decision making process and he didn?t send pesky emails or texts? He gave me space, completely understood my needs and when I was ready he made things happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from at Galpin is unsurpassed! We are part of the Galpin Ford family now and plan to be for a long-long time, and as long as he?s there, we?ll be purchasing our vehicles from Jason Moss? Jason, don?t ever leave! I see more Fords in our future!
