Sam was wonderful to work with!

Sam is the best.

Sam is the best. As a single grandmother with custody of her grandson, it's not easy what I've been through, so my credit wasn't the best. Sam made it happen. Sam did his job well done, over the top, and beyond what he stated. I'm very pleased that this man, and the dealership he works for does not push, take advantage and do not deceive you to get a sale. I will definitely recommend this man and dealership to friends and co-workers. Galpin, you have a real gem on your hands. It's people like Sam that gives me hope in humanity.

Samuel was great!

Samuel was great! I went with my son to purchase a car and Samuel was able to get him approved. He had credit issues but thanks to Samuel he drove home in his new car! I didn’t feel the pressure like I have felt in the past when dealing with salespeople. Samuel was very open and didn’t try to haggle us. It was a pleasure working with him. He even treated us to a meal at their restaurant. If you’re looking for a new or used car, I would highly recommend Samuel, he your guy!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give zero stars if possible. Took over a year to get my truck fixed after fighting with the service department non-stop. First service department rep, William Hernandez, refused to do his job. Took over 3 hours to get my truck back from service, even though I was sitting in the lobby the entire time and saw my truck come out of service, but was still made to wait an additional 2 hours to get my truck back. On a separate occasion, I finally got the service department to fix my truck under warranty, just for them to have my truck in the shop for 3 days WITHOUT touching it, just for them to order the parts needed after I called them out with their supervisor for not working on my truck, and for not providing a courtesy vehicle. After the terrible experiences I had with the service department, I decided to cancel the pre-paid maintenance plan I originally purchased, and it took them over 2 months to file the paperwork!! When I called the finance department, I was told it was not their responsibility to file the paperwork, even after the sales representative who assisted me, assured me that it was part of their job. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!

Rudy Lopez gave excellent service and was very knowledge about the vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend the Galpin Team from the selection process of a car to completion of all the paper work, PS. Thank you for the great meal at the "Carriage Restaurant".
