Great fast service

Dropping my car off was a breeze and I was able to get it back same day. Every individual was kind during my visit and asked if I needed help.

AutoNation is good at fixing the problem.

AutoNation is good at fixing the problem. However, contacting and communicating with them is often difficult. They have never returned a voice mail and we usually have to call to check on our vehicles, even after they said they would call. Service is honest and they don't typically try to sell unneeded services. After the vehicle was ready, we had to wait quite a while for a service advisor to become available to release the vehicle. In the past, you could get the keys from the cashier. It is extremely inconvenient because if an advisor is busy you have to just wait.

I always use this dealership for my traverse. Didn't really speak to my service person Mike Riley much, he seemed busy but they did a good job.

Routine service made easy!

Donald was very helpful, informative and overall easy to work with. Brought my Suburban in for oil change and tire rotation and the process was easy and clearly stated on timing. Thank you!

Here for an oil change.

Here for an oil change. Michael Fiala handled my service for my 2021 Tahoe. He was very professional and courteous. When I singed up online for my appointment, which is a great feature, I picked Michael Fiala because I knew the name because he has been here for some time. He said it would be around 2 hours so we took the shuttle next door to the mall. When my vehicle was done, he called me and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. I purchased my last Tahoe from AutoNation however, I purchased my new one from a dealer in Scottsdale. Their service department is not as great as this one, so I come here for service.

2015 chevy spark

Really nice people got the job done in a timely manner but did miss 1 thing 1 tire was low on air but the transmission work was done right.
