Working with the AutoNation-Mesa location is easy, everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am very particular about my vehicle and the Mesa location met all my expectations. I was in and out within minutes of dropping off and picking up my vehicle.

I was very pleased with the service and repair work on my

I was very pleased with the service and repair work on my 1999 Buick Park Ave. Michael Riley was professional and helpful. The only negative experience was finding out that my car couldn't be looked at/diagnosed for 2-3 days after I dropped it off. Mike told me that all of the local dealers had the same issues with getting vehicles in. But, anyway, I will be back the next time I need some dealer-realated reapirs.

They always take great care of our 2014 3LT Corvette.

They always take great care of our 2014 3LT Corvette. This time they found an issue and repaired it. This could have ending up with a roadside breakdown.

C8 Corvette purchase

Purchased a new 2023 Corvette. Car was not detailed properly prior to me taking possession of the car and came with a chip in the paint which they did correct. They did try to compensate for this by adding tinted windows at no cost which was considerate of them. Communication with the dealership was lacking during the two year process of trying to purchase the car and service in the past has been below par as well when having my prior Vette serviced.

I arrived at my appointment on time and the service

I arrived at my appointment on time and the service department received my truck right away and directed me to the lobby where I was given a choice of being shuttled home or wait in the lobby. I chose to wait and plug into their free Wi-Fi and work. The lobby was spotless clean and an attendant was there offering coffee and snacks. My truck service was completed on time and I received texts on the progress. Very good experience and a pleasure to visit.
