2023 Chevrolet Silverado RST

Bought my new 2023 Silverado at Auto Nation Chevrolet Mesa. Jim Dixon and Russel Wyman took good care of me from start to finish! Overall experience was great. Highly recommend these guys. I will be purchasing my next vehicle (Tahoe) from these guys in the near future!

I purchased my older used truck from them a while ago.

I purchased my older used truck from them a while ago. With it being older it did have issues. AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa has been amazing in fixing my truck timely. Mike has help me twice. Mike communicates timely with me and ensure my issues were being all addressed. More recently I had a packed week and I couldn't go without my truck. He showed he cared about my situation this week and help me get my car back by Wednesday. I am overall impressed with Mike's level of care and professionalism. I know everyone wants their cars back asap and can be demanding. He never showed one ounce of frustration. He just wanted to help. Thank you Mike!

The folks at Autonation mesa az are super friendly and go far beyond by answering all the questions from an 80 year old non computer savvy old dude. The Info screen was hard for me to understand. Thank you! my first oil change went great.

I have only used this dealership for service.

I have only used this dealership for service. My regular service advisor moved away so it has been a struggle finding someone that can meet her high standard. I was there today and tried a new advisor that I believe is new to the industry. In one word... terrible! I have never been treated so badly and with very little interest. Comments about my car were ignored, items I wanted looked into were not, attitude was unacceptable. The only bright spot was the woman who works the cashier desk. She has always been and continues to be outstanding! I hope that there is a management team in place to be able to correct these issues. At this point, I am not sure I will go back for future service. That is too bad since I have been going there for several years.

Roberto was Amazing!

Roberto was Amazing!! My sister went in there for an equinox and I was also in the market for a car. He took great care to listen for what I was looking for (I am very picky and had a decent list of criteria to be met) and he listened so well and suggested the new trax. Totally checked all the boxes. He was not pushy at all just truly wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle. Every interaction I had at this location was stellar. Vince and Jordan in finance also amazing, personable, and knew what they were doing. Low pressure, great team. Other dealerships always pushing me to buy the higher trim line or something I don’t want. Thanks Chevy Mesa team !!!you guys have one happy customer :)
