I had a great experience getting a recall done & having a steering column noise checked out. Their shuttle service not only dropped me off (car had to be left overnight), but they also picked me up from my house when the repairs were done the next day. I highly recommend Auto Nation Chevrolet in Mesa.

I bought my Chevy Silverado there 2 years ago 2021
I bought my Chevy Silverado there 2 years ago 2021 Silverado . I developed an oil leak , took my truck to the dealer and had it there for about 2 weeks . They said it was fixed and no more leak , drove it to work the next day and oil was leaking out at a pretty good rate . I brought the truck back that afternoon and dropped it off . @ weeks later i received a call (Johny ) I was told that the leak had been fixed and I could come pick up the truck . All was good until about 2-3 weeks later it started leaking again and this time the engine was making a tapping noise . I hadn't heard anything for several days from the service department so I sent Barry Miller an Email asking for an update . I received a call later that day from Donnie informing me that the engine was being completely replaced and the truck would be ready in October this was several weeks ago . I have sent emails ( 3 Total) to Barry Miller with some questions regarding the truck and and update , I have yet to receive a response .
