Mike Fiala does an excellent job keeping my car running smoothly. So I can hang on to it a couple of years longer.

Mike did a great job. Set me up for my appointment with no problems. Then keep me informed of the progress. And completed the job on time.

The car buying process was smooth. Russel was easy to work with. I was disappointed when I dropped off my car for my 1st service. I waited for approx 20 minutes before even being acknowledged I was in line to drop off my vehicle. There were service personal walking around the service area but no one came to give me an update on wait time. My husband was waiting in his truck in the parking lot was asked if he needed help but I was clearly in line. The service advisor was pleasant & helpful once I did get checked in & the service on the vehicle good. It's just the check in process was lacking.

I would like to compliment Thomas Muccilli for his continued excellent help with the maintenance on my Corvette for over six plus years. I would also like to thank Peter Schumacher for his help on his service during my consideration of a vehicle for sale which I cancelled at the last minute. I was having a lot of trouble with my vehicle - and it has been in and out of the service shop since September, Robert Adams really took care of me and helped me out.

Service Advisor Michael Fiala is an asset to AutoNation here in Mesa. While waiting to get my car for a basic oil change I observed Mr Fiala taking time with a lady to help her air her tires look at them. He did it with a smile and calmly. That to me is service. This lady will definitely be a customer in the future. Mike told me about the upcoming service needs for my car. I highly recommend this establishment for any Chevy vehicle needs.

Excellent customer service. They kept me apprised of the status of the maintenance during the time I was there so I knew when my vehicle was getting close to completion. Very efficient service center.

We went to Autonation Chevy because we had purchased 3 of our last 4 vehicles there and had great service. We met James Pittman who was eager to show us the used vehicles they had in stock and we were much impressed by a Rav4 so we took a test drive. Drive, ride, & vehicle were great so we went to office and started talking options because price was a little higher than we could go. James checked online and found another Rav4 with lower mileage and cost at another site. He went and brought that Rav4 over and the deal was finalized. Great customer focus.

Eduardo was very helpful and explained many different aspect of the new traverse that we were purchasing.
