The usual runaround on price and options.

The usual runaround on price and options. In the end I feel I got a good price. Probably could have negotiated a slightly better deal but was satisfied. So far the vehicle has been good and I have considered buying another vehicle, but am in no hurry.

First thing AutoNation didn't allow me to browse without

First thing AutoNation didn't allow me to browse without collecting my information. After they got that the emails haven't stopped. They keep sending offers wanting full MSRP for vehicles with over 100k miles on them. And quite a few that are way over the full price of brand new trucks. While other Chevy dealers are selling brand new trucks for 30k at 4.5% AutoNation wants more than that for trucks with 125k miles and more. It a big pass for me and it should be for you too. Their agent Steve Gause keeps harassing me even after I filed a BBB complaint about him. He doesn't understand that no means no!

I Chevrolet Mesa, for Silletti, has been our principal place to have all our Chevrolet vehicles service. They do a fantastic job, and always deliver as promised! That is why we elected to buy our latest company vehicle at a AutoNation in Mesa!

I have never bought a car over msrp, usually under msrp.

I have never bought a car over msrp, usually under msrp. MSRP-manufacturer's suggested retail price but at Auto Nation Chevrolet in Mesa they have changed it to DSRP-dealer suggested ripoff price. On 2 different occasions I was quoted $40,000 and the $25,000 over msrp for a corvette. AutoNation can charge whatever they want to try and take advantage of their customers but I personally will not give them my business and as far as Chevrolet thinking that is okay for their dealers to charge that price, that is not okay with me either.... helps me decide what car makers and car dealers to deal with in the future and Chevy has now moved to the bottom of my list.

I would recommend the dealership to anybody that is looking for a first time car. The salesmen were not pushy. They listened to the budget that I had. Walking away with a vehicle that met my needs and was not expecting. I am entirely grateful and would recommend the dealership to any person that is looking for a dealership that will not insult you. And is willing to listen to all your concerns and give you the best option. This was my first time buying a car and it was the best experience and would recommend them to anybody.

Had a few different lighting issues with my truck.

Had a few different lighting issues with my truck. Turns out that my certified and warrantied vehicle had aftermarket lights bulbs installed and service would not warranty them. Those were the bulbs that they sold the truck with. Those should be the ones that they warranty. Seems straight forward but that tells me that they do not want to go to bat for me. I picked up my truck and bought all the bulbs on my way home. Installed them myself in my driveway.
