first visit to the mesa dealer with my Corvette. Mike was very helpful and courteous. Contacted me when the issues were diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Have his contact in my phone should i ever need his assistance again.

This was our second Chevy Tahoe purchased through this dealership. Each time, the experience was great, all the way down to working with the finance department. I've never enjoyed the process of buying a vehicle, but AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa made it a good experience, again. Thank you!

Took vehicle in and they needed to order a part.

Took vehicle in and they needed to order a part. I contacted the service writer several times and he would not return my inquiry. Just got word part is in however the service writer did not order then recall part. He stated he would order it. The service writer was in an accident and another service writer contacted ted.me. found out the the recall part was not ordered, plus the original service writer said i needed a new battery however it was not documented therefore not ordered.

These guys are crooks, try to slap you with a bunch of nonsense fees then say they are on the vehicle when they clearly are not. The sales guy was clueless and clearly didn’t know what he was doing.

Spent time waiting for Service Advisor to check us in

Spent time waiting for Service Advisor to check us in when other employees standing around couldn't help. Same with paying for the service, had to wait for service advisor, don't understand why the system has to be this way. Especially when paying for the service. The text communication was confusing, got an introductory text that I replied to, but no text when service was complete and car ready. Otherwise the service permformed was good.
