Went in to purchase a cadillac escalade, was talked into

Went in to purchase a cadillac escalade, was talked into getting a specific one tgat came with many issues. Promised to be fixed by dealership and sale rep. Lies where told as well as they keep my vehicle for over a month caiseing me to pay for a rental out of pocket without reimbursement. Afyer a month and a half they finally gave me a loaner, two weeks afyerbthe loaner i was giving the vehicle back with most of the sames issues. Jad to take it out wit GM and the BBB.

The advisor was very friendly.

The advisor was very friendly. He approached my car right away and addressed my concerns. The dealership was very clean. The waiting area was very clean. The service was completed sooner than I was expecting.
