I can't say enough about the great service I received at Hamilton Nissan Collision Center. Todd Mace is always on top of things and made sure my car was repaired in top shape. This was my second time that my car was in the shop for repair and each time I was very satisfied with the result. The repairs were done in a timely manner. If you ever need collision repair I would recommend highly that you take your vehicle to Hamilton. You will not be disappointed with their work!

Went in for a Oil change with no appointment I was in and out with a hour. got my ties rotated and a car wash too.

Andy was fantastic! The work on the van ran into problems (not the fault of Hamilton Nissan) which made it impossible for the work to be done that day. Andy immediately let me know and arranged for a rental for me. He took care of everything and made it all very easy for me. When the van was done, I had an issue being able to get from work to the dealer before the service department closed. Again, Andy got everything sorted out and made it easy for me. Great customer service really shows in how companies react when things don't go perfectly. And this was great customer service. Thanks Andy!

Levi did a great job on my rogue. He did what needed to be done and explained what could be done at a later time. He had my car done when promised and had a very kind and respectful attitude. My experience with Hamilton Nissan was very positive and Brooke Geisinger found the exact truck I was looking for. It was just a matter of minutes after I walked into the dealership and discussed my needs, she was literally driving-up in the truck that I finally leased. Mark Powell helped with finalizing the lease on my 2016 Nissan while the finance manager, Preston S., took the time to explain my options for the 2019 lease and even told me that I could take the truck to the Hamilton dealer in Chambersburg for service and inspection. Kudos to the entire team at Hamilton Nissan!
