The front desk provide excellent service always making sure we are serviced properly, they review the inspection check list and ask if is any issue with the vehicle

I got there at 6:45am to fix a flat tire. They did not have the size tire I needed for a Nissan vehicle!!! I did not leave until l missed work and left after 3pm. They replaced 2 tires without explaining anything to me. TOO long and too expensive.

Service was on time. Jared was very professional, he advised me that it would take an hour and a half and it took less. He came out to the waiting area and explained everything

Service was quick and staff was pleasant. Was one of last appointments of the day and I was able to pull in and check in promptly.

Customer service was excellent. Al employees were very courteous and friendly with pleasant personalities. Even though I had no appointment David and Gina worked in between clients and I was very satisfied with they're service.

It was a stressful afternoon with a minor accident resulting in a slashed tire, which required the car to be towed. The tow truck driver, seeing a Toyota, towed it to Younger instead of Hamilton (should have read his notes!). Then it had to be towed again -- to the proper place! It is always a pleasure to work with Don Snuffer, who kept me informed of damage and next steps over the next few days. I was without the car for 3-1/2 days until parts arrived, but all turned out well. Thanks for continued and usual great service.

Hamilton Nissan completed my service in less than an hour! The representative was friendly and very courteous. Once the work was completed, he explained everything on the printout and highlighted issues that I need to address later. Very satisfied.

One new headlight cover and one is old. Would have gladly paid to have the other replaced to match. Overall good work done. Would recommend.

Great place to buy a vehicle . I come to this dealership because of Dwain. He is always available and if not he returns calls immediately. Always nice and helpful.
