Feeling Valued as a Customer

I recently needed to trade in my older (2003) vehicle for something newer so in a whim, I stopped by Hamilton Nissan to look at their used cars. I was met by Will Swartz who immediately got to know me and my vehicle needs and retrieved information on a few vehicles that met my list of wants. Will was patient, polite and what I would consider an exceptional salesman. He didn't pressure me and was attentive to my concerns. When it came time to close/buy the vehicle, I ran late but Will stayed at the dealership until all was processed and I drove off the lot … he was close behind due to the fact Will stayed past his work hours to ensure all went as it should with the paperwork. As for the paperwork itself, I can't say enough about Preston Miller. Preston made this part of the process easy to understand and worked with my wife and I to ensure we had the right coverage for the vehicle. Preston too was polite and seemed genuinely interested in serving his customers. Kudos to Will, Preston and the entire Hamilton Nissan team!

Awesome service

I will never go anywhere else to buy a car I've bought 3 cars off of them and would keep going back to them they are nice friendly and is very fast and easy place to deal with

oil change

A very professional experience, I was treated with courtesy and all work was preformed quickly and efficiently. A free car wash was greatly appreciated. thank you

Collision Work Done

The Collision Center deserves 5 stars. Your guys do excellent work. Overall rating was impacted by the lack of response from Nick in Parts. Wanted to get three additional tires because one was replaced as part of the body work. Todd Mace relayed my message to Nick to call me. I followed up and left a detailed voice message on Nick's vmail. Never got a call back.

A bit of a Bother

The staff made me feel like I was was bothering them when I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up. They seemed like they wanted someone else to wait on me. The staff was a little busy, however when I picked it up the one gentleman asked the service writer if he would like to speak with me he seemed to care less. I am pretty patent an understanding when it comes to costumer service, but I don’t want to be treated like I am annoying anyone when I was just dropping off/picking up my car.

Staff Do a Great Job

The front-desk service staff are honest about what they would recommend for your vehicle, and they are willing to listen to your wishes. The mechanics perform high-quality work, too.

Oil Change- Quick/Great Service

This was my first service appointment with the dealership after buying a used vehicle. I was very impressed with how quickly my car was in/out. I would recommend that there be some sort of spot agent added to the car-wash (or quick dry)- since I had a lot of spotting afterwards- but other than that- it was great service. Don greeted me, was very polite and helpful.

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you had a good experience. I passed on the spotting problem with the carwash to our detail manager. He will check out the carwash to make sure the chemical levels are correct. Thank you for the heads up on that.

Buying a Nissan for the First time

I was very Pleased with the way Brandon Redman went out of his way to show me the Truck that I purchased. It was raining very hard that day and he walked up and brought a Truck for me to look over. And I decided that I didn't like that one and he went out again and brought another one for me to see. Which I purchased that Truck. He also walked me around and showed me the Service area and offered me something to eat or Drink. He answered all my questions and was very Professional. Nissan should be very proud of the way he represented your Company. Thank You !!

Awesome Buying Experience

Hamilton Nissan from start to finish was great with each encounter. They truly cared about my needs in what I was looking to achieve, from my truck buying process to financing. Ashley followed up very promptly with my financing deals, and Preston did a great job with the closing and answered all my questions. I truly recommend Hamilton Nissan for you Car, Suv, or Truck buying need. Chip Leatherman was an excellent Sales professional.

Great service and great customer service.

Service at Hamilton Nissan is always great. People are friendly and very helpful. Don was great in taking care of me and also provided me service plan on oil change and tire rotation that will save me some money.
