Hamilton Nissan

I posted a "1 star" dissatisfactory review of Hamilton Nissan on 6/17. The owner sent me an email the next day stating what went wrong and apologized. His action was honest and faster than the staff under him. I am raising my review from a 1 to a 3 because of his effort.

Took my car in because my brakes locked up,mentioned it several times to,Don Snyder after paying almost $2000 after having car back for 6 hours they locked up again NO WHERE did Don mention to the mechanic about my brakes he never even stated it on the paperwork therefore he lied and crooked never will I buy or take my car to Hamilton Nissan again. Brakes are a big part of your vehicle and for him to totally not even mention it, I have teenagers that drove my car so I got rid of it and bought a better car from Kia Don you owe me most of my money back for being a very dishonest person

Dwain is the Best. He explained everything about my sisters new vehicle.He got her an awesome deal too. Thank you Dwain for the fourth time.

Do not buy a used car from Hamilton Nissan. They will lie about what is wrong with the car. I specifically asked if there was a check done on the car (like when you bring it in for an oil change), I was told yes and advised the used car I purchased needed breaks, rotors, and tires. When I brought it back in for the first oil change and tire rotation I was given a list of things wrong. With parts and labor I was looking at over $1200 to fix. When I asked about why I was lied to about this I was told I could have a discount and it would cost roughly $600 to fix. Pleasure doing business with you!!! DO NOT GO TO HAMILTON NISSAN!!

I have purchased several vehicles over the years at Hamilton Nissan. They are a top notch dealership with an amazing staff! Dwain Souders is the BEST!

We were "just looking" at the 2019 Nissan Murano to possibly replace our 2015 Murano that had been such a dependable and safe vehicle to own. The Moca Almond Brown caught our fancy, and we left with it that very day! Thanks to Brandon R. for his help, he seemed to know just what information former Murano owners would need to know about the new version. He helped make the decision an easy one, answering our questions and demonstrating/explaining features. Thanks also to Will for his patience with our wish to move things along as quickly as possible. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment with this new Nissan Murano.

I took my car into Hamilton Nissan for a repair of the left front axle. Although it took a little bit longer than expected for the part to arrive, Nick kept me informed as to how long it would be until the part came. I really appreciated that---it showed me that he was treating me as if I were the only customer there. And, it was nice to see the smiling face of Kenny, the shuttle driver who took me to and from my appointment last week

David and Preston both went above and beyond what one would expect to make "things happen". It was a very difficult time for me and they did not give up, staying after closing time in the evening and being there for me during delivery.

I have bought several vehicles over the last several years. Many of them from Hamilton Nissan - it has always been a pleasure to work with Dwaine and the paperwork/waiting time is as short as it can be. They are always up to helping out with price point and payment options. Every detail is explained to me (from the paperwork, to my numerous options, to the numerous buttons and gadgets on the vehicle). If I have any questions after the fact, Dwaine is always very helpful!

Great service for oil change on car. Friendly staff. Informative of work that was done. Wash car and very pleased with the staff. Will return for future services
