I was at my breaking point with looking for a car. I test drove 2 vehicles and went from there Brooke G helped me decide she didn’t pressure me and I felt very comfortable working with her. I also worked with Preston he was able to get me the best rate possible. Overall the team was very helpful and I would definitely go back to work with them.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 2:30pm and wanted to discuss additional service I would need at another time(since I didn't have an appointment). Not only were they able to do oil change, they were also able to do my transmission service and coolant flush!!.. They finished in less than 2hrs.!! I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about this Nissan Service Dept. I was helped by David. He was a great guy and made my experience so much better. He really took all the stress off and made it a genuinely fun experience. I did my paperwork with Gina and she was so personable and friendly. I did not feel rushed or forced into anything. I felt like all the employees wanted to get to know me and genuinely help me. I am so appreciative of this experience.

The sales men ship was great and the finance department wasn't so good as far as explaining everything clearly. Other than that the whole dealership was outstanding.

I have purchased from Hamilton Nissan before and was very satisfied. Thats why I came back. I was also very pleased with the service thru the years I also like the fact that they will take you to a restaurant to have a me as l and then pick you back up when finished. That s a lot better than sitting and waiting a few hours until you vehicle is finished being serviced.

I was recently there for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This took 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete. The customer service is great, but wait time is just too long.

Communication is the key to everything ! The constant communication from the start of our journey looking for a car and getting ahold of Hamilton Nissan, till we drove our new car off the lot the next day, was greatly appreciated.
