Great experience working with Sam at Antwerpen Volkswagen. Smooth process, straight to the point, no hassle financing, and in my opinion the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because my car was sold to me with only a quarter tank of gas and I was not given the 10 digit key code for myAudi.

Lack of honesty and transparency on advertised pricing and vehicle conditions. Shouldn’t have to wait 6 hours to learn information.

Very good experience with Antwerpen Volkswagen when buying our used VW Taos. Chris the salesperson was great to work with and informative on options, and patient as we looked to make up our minds on which car to purchase. Sales managers and finance managers were helpful as well. Had some issues that required return trips to dealership but the Service Department and General Manager where very receptive to our concerns and helped us get things squared away. Highly recommend Antwerpen VW for your next vehicle purchase.
