Like most dealerships now, instead of making money on sales, they MAY be generating revenue from repairs that don’t need to be done.

When i called to get a ride back to the dealership i was told someone would pick me up but after waiting hour and half mo one showed up. Had to call a friend for a ride. When i arrived at the dealership the service associate say she had written down my address but forgot yo tell someone to pick me up.

Great experience working with Antwerpen on the purchase of my 2024 GTI. Julian (sales), Oliver (general manager), and the rest of the staff who engaged with me (Sam, Trent, and the finance manager), were super friendly, attentive, and efficient. None of the typical dealership shenanigans, just direct, honest pricing and friendly service. Even though this was further from me than other VW dealers in the area, I’m glad I did business with them!
