All people I interacted with were polite and

All people I interacted with were polite and professional. Trevor, the person who sold me the car recognized me and stood up to greet me. He asked how I was, etc. He asked if I wanted something to drink. Wendy, the person who checks cars in answered all my questions and reexplained if I didn't understand. This car I just bought perhaps 2 months ago. I was complaining that the braking wasn't smooth. I left the car at dealership. About 3 hours later I received a call. Would I be able to drive with Tyler and identify issue. The brakes worked fine. Tyler explained why the brakes acted the way they did. He was informative, knowledgeable about this car and explained any questions I had. They asked if I would like my car washed free of charge. What a wonderful, caring group of people this Dealership has.

My last visit was great.

My last visit was great. The people were very courteous and professional. I was offered a courtesy ride within a 10 mile radius of the dealership which was beneficial. Overall, great customer service.

Great experience buying a new car!

Great experience buying a new car! Would highly recommend Antwerpin Volkswagen to everyone that wants to buy a new Volkswagen. The sales team was absolutely amazing and very honest!!!! Will buy from again!

Scheduled for a factory recall.

Scheduled for a factory recall. Set an appointment. Then you know how that works time and time again. Keep the call all day to suggest every other repair for what it is not even there for, then tell us they can not do the recall because they don't have the program update

They are very unorganized!

They are very unorganized! I was told the work would take about 1.5 hours and asked if I wanted my car washed. Sounds great! The shuttle was busy so we (myself and kids) walked to the shopping center. They called me within one hour to say it was almost done. We headed back and the service lady said my car was being washed. I was so pleased with their quick work. However, 30- 40 minutes go by and I returned to the desk. She apologized but assured me it was almost done. Another 20 minutes go by and I decided to look in the back of the lot for my car. There it was parked but not washed. I went back inside and was told it was being washed. I assured her I just found it. I watched her walk around checking all the key boxes and realized they lost my keys. She never communicated this to me but it was obvious. I watched her yell at a porter for loosing my keys. About 30 minutes go by and a mechanic found them in his pocket. I understand mechanics do this, no biggie, but if the department had followed up, they would have realized my keys were missing a long time ago. Finally after 3 hours my car was cleaned and ready. My kids were hot and exhausted so I was ready to go. I completely forgot to ask for my paperwork, however, I believe they should have had it ready for me. My work was recalls so I didn’t have to pay but I’d like paperwork proving I had the work done. I planned on going back next week to look for a new car for my child. But after this I do not want to be bothered by dealing with their service department. I did buy my car from them but there’s a million other dealers then can do service work in the future.

Sam was an amazing salesman who absolutely knows the product inside and out. He worked hard to get me in to the car I wanted at a great price! I would come back to Sam again in a heartbeat!

Dropped off vehicle for service and recall, service

Dropped off vehicle for service and recall, service advisor kept me informed and was offered ride to and from service appointment. Free car wash was nice. Received follow up phone call day after ensuring there were no problems or further questions. Overall great experience, Wendi is top notch.
