Dropped off my vehicle a day prior my appointment and they didn’t service my vehicle until after lunch time. My vehicle was scheduled for 8am. Overall Emelie helped out tremendously

Came in to get a new battery, staff was rude, specifically two women running the service department. Waited an hour for them to tell me they wanted $900+ to replace a battery.

My car was at the shop for 3 weeks and I got it back absolutely dirty inside and outside (my car is only 3 month old- brand new purchased in May). In addition I found a receipt from a sub shop dated with the timeframe when my car was in the repair shop. Now I’m wondering where else were my car while under their care.

This was a wonderful experience coming from someone purchasing their first vehicle. Sam's customer service was AMAZING. He was very personal and was very knowledgable about the car. It was truly a great experience and it made me feel comfortable instead of overwhelmed from buying my first car.
