WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
As a loyal customer for 14 years, I expected respect and courtesy. However, despite Cable Dahmer being caught in a shady (and potentially illegal) vehicle sale, they have chosen to belittle and degrade the customer for standing up to their faulty practices. God help them if they can sleep well at night after displaying dishonest and inappropriate behaviors, among the many other down falls of their “business.” It must be bad when the manager of the state department of motor vehicles recommends taking legal action. We were willing to handle things amicably (not in court) but when their prime customer service associate and the owner’s daughter calls your home at 8:00pm to literally yell at you, calling you a liar, ungrateful, egotistical, etc., there is clearly a problem. Business should never result in name calling and personal attacks. This experience reaches far beyond that of a numerical rating, as there is no number low enough to represent their performance. Save yourself the trouble and buy anywhere else, even if you have to pay more. Honest, respectful business is valuable. GM makes a great product, but because of Cable Dahmer, we will never own one again.

Warranty Repair
Took vehicle in for engine repair issue prior to the warranty expiring. Vehicle was "repaired" under the warranty. Vehicle was driven more and the warranty expired. Same engine issue came up again and was concluded that the original issue that was identified while the vehicle was under warranty was never correctly repaired. Dealership and GM simply said "too bad, vehicle is no longer under warranty and you are responsible for the cost of the repair".......even though the repair was never correctly completed in the first place. Poor customer service, dishonest, and fraudulent. GM pointed their finger at the dealer, the dealer pointed their finger at GM and in the end they get paid and the customer gets screwed.
