I have a 2019 Blazer Premier purchased new from Auto

I have a 2019 Blazer Premier purchased new from Auto Nation Green Acres. Suddenly the vehicle was telling me that my vehicle was not in Park and kept dinging. I drove to Auto Nation, Christian Garcia and the new hire Brandon, checked me in. I have an extended warranty. It needed a switch replaced in the shifter. Vehicle stayed overnight and was ready next day by 2 p.m. Christian kept me informed the entire time by text and and answered all my questions. I also had transmission fluid changed, oil and filter changed and tire rotation. Christian was awesome.

My vehicle was towed to the repair center on 11/19/24 and

My vehicle was towed to the repair center on 11/19/24 and was promised a diagnosis no later than 11/21/24. On 1125/24 after leaving several messages, I finally received an estimate for $6,200. On 11/26/24 I decided to have my vehicle towed to another facility and asked the service agent to send a link for me to pay the diagnostic fee which is extremely high. My towed truck arrived and the agent had left for lunch with no instructions regarding my vehicle. The towed driver had to wait an additional 25 minutes with an extra charge to me. It took 7 days for a diagnosis and the customer service was horrible. I left a message for a manager to call me, which I have not received to this date.
