The service rep went far out of his way to help me with

The service rep went far out of his way to help me with the "mychevrolet" app to use my points to pay for my oil change. I was a drive up without an appointment and still was out of there in less than an hour.

Buyers Beware This is by far the worst service

Buyers Beware This is by far the worst service dealership we”ve ever been to. We dropped our truck on Tuesday and no one ever called regarding status and no one ever answer their phones . We called and left several messages but no one even bothered returning any calls either. They lied about everything and got caught numerous times and tried to cover their tracks multiple times. One example is that they stated that the extended warranty was closed for MLK which was a lie because I was on the phone with the warranty that day and we tried to conference the dealership and of course no one ever answered the phone. So I left a voicemail that day confirming to them that they weren’t close but still no one called back. Ron is the director I believe and they definitely need to teach him some customer service etiquette because he was very rude, condescending and not helpful at all. They wouldn’t accommodate a loaner/rental even when our extended warranty approved it and tried to call them several times to no availability. This dealership charged ridiculous fees when our car was sitting outside nearly that whole week. It was so bad that I told my extended warranty not to approve that repair and car will be tow to another great mechanic shop. I couldn’t trust this dealership with my car any longer. We ended up paying their ridiculous amount and towed our truck somewhere else and we will definitely report them to corporate and consumer affairs! Joseph who is the general manager please do not bother with your google robot response stating that you would like to make this right because I have left you over 3 voicemails and 2 hand written messages and you never bother to return my phone call once. Horrible, Horrible customer service! This dealership is definitely not recommended! Our car has finally been repaired by another repair shop who was outstanding with their communication and got the job done! No hassle, definitely night and day from this nightmare of dealership!

Salesman Al Posillico very friendly and helpful - good

Salesman Al Posillico very friendly and helpful - good customer service. Buying over the phone from another state not always easy. New car sales manager very friendly. Used car manager Zach not very friendly, didn't seem to care much about me. Daniel Pena, finance guy very helpful as well.

Trade in offer very low had to go with Carvana to get the money for trade in you offered $7500 for 2016 Buick Encore 51,000 miles Carvana gave me $10,200 big difference also $3500 for 2013 Cadillac 117,000 miles Carvana offered $4,000

I’ve been going to this AutoNation since 1998 and have always been treated right. Al Posillico was my sale agent and did a great job getting me what I wanted and a great price. I know I will go back there once my lease is up for another lease.
