My name is Justine Velasquez I have been going through

My name is Justine Velasquez I have been going through one heck of a time with AutoNation Chevy Greenacers . I had brought my Truck there so they can help figure out what I was feeling I explained to the Service writer what was going on he then asked his Service manger what he thought . It was a slight feeling like you were running over speed bumps at 30 and then again at 50 very slight the Manger and the service writer both said it needs a transmission flush that was there recommendation Rob the Service writer said there are two different flushes first flush was 375 and second flush was 475 difference was better fluid. I agree to the 475. Service .. Left my car with them they called me at 3:30 to let me know that the car was finished. I explained I couldn’t go there until after five showed up there at six. Exchanged payment got keys and started driving home noticed that the car was running a lot worse than when we dropped it off, called back and was told that they would be closing in five minutes and it would be better. I come in the morning next morning. I show up there 730 met with Service Manager Rob McDonald explained to him the situation he was very rude rolled his eyes told me that with transmission flushes I would need to drive the car 650 miles in order for the fluids to Mary with the transmission that wasn’t told to us when we picked up the car. I asked several times for someone to just drive the car to feel what we were feeling. That didn’t happy so we agreed to drive the truck took the truck to Saint Augustine and back and it was even worse so we brought the truck back to them this time getting the GM Involved they have their service team look over the vehicle and determine that the truck now needs a transmission and torque converter. I explained to them that we do have an extended warranty and that we would like to try to use what we can from them and explain they cannot use the parts but we can opt out to have the cash sent directly to them for repair and we pay the difference so 3375 came from the extended warranty company and 2900 was paid out of our pocket for a new transmission and torque converter. mind you, they said that they were not going to start any work until they receive the portion of money from the extended warranty company, but an hour after they got the money my truck was completed they did tell me that they did not even have a transmission that they had to get one from a sister store. So we went and picked up the truck we drove it for one day and had to bring it back they determined that the transmission was part of the issue that it was a bad transmission and they recommended that we do spark plus and wires also fuel injection for Another 1600 . The customer service at this place was so bad they treat me like I was a criminal and had me Trespass from their facility Meanwhile I still have issues with my vehicle and they hold the warranty of three years 100,000 miles on the transmission that they put in that is not good I need help nobody will respond I have tried their corporate office left messages with agents who have picked up the Phone also have sent emails with no response I am hoping somebody in the news can help Thank You , Justine Velasquez Gordon
