I brought my truck in for service before a road trip with my niece and nephews. Upon inspection of my truck, they realize my frontend stabilizer bars are broken and need to be replaced. I appreciate the technician taking the time to inspect my vehicle properly. So I would like to think all the technicians as well. My service guy Gus.

Absolutely love their service. Christian Garcia always goes the extra mile for me. He gives very personal service. Recently had an oil change and came back with my car, spotless clean. Always answers my text messages and makes Servicing my vehicle, understandable and easy.

Terrible experience with their service department.
Terrible experience with their service department. I had a 8am appt for a diagnosis for a warrantied item that didn’t even need the car to go on the lift. I heard nothing from them. I called at 330 and was sent to a voicemail. Called again at 415 and left on hold for 10 mins with no resolution, called back and requested a manager. After another 20min waiting for a call back I am told the car was never even looked at. I asked why schedule an appt if they can’t work on it and was told “the appt is to drop the car off not be worked on.” Just leaving people stranded without updates or a ride. At this point I had finished my work day, was not offered comp for Uber or a loaner car and when asked about needing at minimum 2 $45 Uber rides I was told “I don’t make that decision” needless to say I am taking my car back and would encourage everyone to avoid these people. The worst of the worst. I am still out the $40 Uber back to the dealership but that is almost worth not letting them touch the car if this is their level of professionalism.

Once again I had a perfect experience with the service
Once again I had a perfect experience with the service dept. I had an early appointment and the vehicle was ready within an hour (tire rotation,,oil change and cabin filter change). Just a note Michael Fox completed my paperwork quickly and also explained what was left on my plan.
