Went in for a recall.

Went in for a recall. Great service from my call to them. They were helpful friendly and performed the service extra quickly. Schumacher Chevrolet never returned 3 phone calls I made to them for the same item.

I feel that this dealer was severly trying to overcharge

I feel that this dealer was severly trying to overcharge me for a job by inflating the labor charge and parts price was trippled.

My experience with both the Dealership and my Salesperson

My experience with both the Dealership and my Salesperson was incredible. It was a process, as the vehicle I chose was not readily available. My salesman kept me updated weekly. From order to delivery, he was patiently there every step of the way. A purchase like this is a big thing and I really feel like they genuinely cared. I am truly happy.

I had an oil change done, it seems to be OK.

I had an oil change done, it seems to be OK. Unfortunately, I had to come back to the dealership because they did not check the tire pressure and the pressure was way too low on all four tires.

My vehicle needed a part that was back ordered for 2

My vehicle needed a part that was back ordered for 2 months, not being any fault of the dealer. They did all they could for me, which I'm grateful. It's your supply chain that needs being corrected.

Not happy......................

Not happy with the deal I got at auto-Nation...Signing 19 pages with no time to read them.. I'm 81 cannot read all the contracts at time of sale. Paid way over my limit.. I will say the car is very nice... T-G
