Not impressed left my 2016silveado for a diagnosis of a misfire told me catalytic converter was bad wrong I well say this said I need spark plugs and wires ok but with all the certified mechanics on a misfire you think they would pull a plug to look at it but no just said cats well long and short of it they got the plugs rite by the way they quoted 4600 for cat replacement I myself got set of plugs on Amazon for 30 bucks put them in well guess what no misfire so no not impressed

I had been to a few dealerships when I started looking for a new car and was very disappointed with the salesmen. When I finally arrived at AutoNation Greenacres, Al Posilico welcomed me with open arms. He did not rush me and showed me all options and kept in touch with me until I found something that was in my range and would enjoy driving. I live an hour away from this location and Al did everything he could to collect everything the dealership needed to complete the transaction so I didn’t spend any extended time waiting for approvals after driving an hour to pick up my vehicle. After a week of having truck love truck. But several extra fees leave me with a bad feeling after purchase. Extra charges and not a good deal.
