First Car Purchase - Great Experience!

Had a great experience with Harlod McCarter. He was very helpful during the car search process. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and made us feel at ease when we were purchasing our first car.

Paintless dent removal was good. Oil change not

The door ding was fixed and you cannot tell there was any damage. Lower plastic front engine panel not tightened securely. Caused scraping sound when going out of driveway. Tightened the fasteners that hold the panel in place. Scraping sound went away.

Great Service

I was pleasantly surprised at how little time it took to inspect my 2015 Prius V. And, I very much liked that a service representative came out to me in the customer lobby to tell me that my car was ready to go. The latter gesture is a very nice personal touch.

Knowledgeable sales person

Great service, hassle-free, clean waiting room.

Very efficient and hassle-free. The woman who made the appointment was very personable and efficient. Having a free oil change is just amazing for me - not like the other cars I have owned. Timely service. Nice facilities to wait in. The man (Michael Jackson) who answered a question on my car was very helpful. A perfect visit.
