Great follow-through by Jill Joy
Jill, my service writer did an excellent job of interpreting what I wanted to have done and gave me prompt accurate information as the work was reviewed by the service tech. She relayed the tech's recommendations quickly so that I could make a decision about what should be done, in short excellent follow-through. Her price breakdown for the work was very clear and fair. The loaner care was ready. All went very smoothly.

Like Just about everything about this place. They even know my name as I walk in. Coffee isn't so good, but that's the only issue.

CPO, dead battery 3 months later.
Quick response; got me right in and back on the road with a new battery. Clean waiting area, comfy lounge chairs, tvs and coffee.

Prebuy inspection by CERTIFIED shop pointless to this dealer
Was interested to pay cash for a vehicle there, Took to a CERTIFIED shop. Issues found: oil quantity low with oil leak from unknown source, control arm sway bar bushings worn require replacement. Engine coolant and power steering fluid low and discolored need flush and fill. 72000 miles on truck original shocks past recommended service life, tires at close to being at required replacement, exhaust system rusted close to being needing replacement. Attitude from dealer who cares about what mechanic found and he said when I offered to show him printed results, he didn't need to see them from some backstreet garage. Dealer (Duane) was only willing to knock off $800 from the top of the recommended price range of Kelly's Blue Book. You are a fool if you buy a used car and do not have a mechanic look at and a bigger fool if you buy a vehicle from theses guys

Everything was handled expeditiously and done correctly. Additional work was done (clutch). Chris was very helpful in ensuring that I was satisfied.

Each of the three or four folks I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. From the person who answered my initial telephone call and set my appointment, to the great gentleman who explained and recommended the services I received, and the person who accepted my payment, all the way to the final individual who directed me to my car in the lot. And the price was somewhat lower than the Toyota service center I had previously gone to. Thank you!

Great service, great sales rep, super clean
Toni, my sales person was very helpful and proffessional. He answered all my questions and was very polite. Building was in great conditions an super clean. Car was clean and gfeat cobditions.
