Very helpful when we got auto the controls were explained very well. The 2016 Dash is much different from our 2013.

Pleasant & non-stressful experience
Tony Gott was very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile for us, getting things arranged to put the vehicle on a lift for us to look at thoroughly, stayed well past closing on Sat until everything was finished. Service center took care of an oil leak without issue. All in all a pleasant and non-stressful experience.

very honest people to deal with
very nice people to deal with all around. there was a problem with a used, certified car I purchased. when they realized that the problem had some how sliped through the process They gave me a rental at no cost to me. Very honest people,they let me out of the original deal to buy a used car and gave me a even better deal to buy the rental car I had been using the entire week or so it took iron out all the details Then they also installed siriusxm radio at cost because the original car had it, I cant thank them enough especially joe I think was his name the service manager. thanks so much bruce linn

Great car buying experience
Lauren was friendly and honest. We did not feel pressure from her or the finance guy. We had never bought a car from a dealer and kind of expected a hard sell on stuff we did not need or want. But that was not our experience at all. It was very casual and we were completely comfortable at all times.

Great service with individual attention!
The service people who handle the intakes are so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They're honest and look out for what's in the customer's best interest. I have seen a definite improvement since the dealership became "Team Toyota".
